22 days till vegas :-D

by @ 10:46 pm. Filed under Uncategorized

Eyyyy! hehe. how is everyone? Im doing as well
as can be expected i suppose. Still looking
for a job, which totally sucks. But im living,
and that’s always a bonus. And Im getting way
excited for vegas, it’s going to rock. I went
with some friends last night to see a midnight
showing of Spiderman2, which, was totally
awesome. I loved it, I’ll definitly be the first
to buy it when it hits DVD. That’s about all I’ve
got to say for now, I’ll update if anything even
semi-groundbreaking happens. Then again, knowing me,
that could be sooner than I expect, with how my luck
usually works. hehe :)

What I wouldn’t give to date Ashlee Simpson.

Been a while since I’ve updated, I’ve just been
a little busy lately. Mostly spending time with
friends, and working on some side projects that
I’ve been working on in preparation for Vegas. I’m
pretty excited about it, it’s almost july, it’s
coming up real quick. Oh, by the way, I lost my
job. Im sure those of you that really know me kind
of saw that one coming. Hehe. I mean, it really
was the worlds most terrible job. People call you,
they’re usually already upset by the time they get
to you, and then proceed to vent all of that anger
and frustration on you, telling you how terrible a
person you are and how much they hate you, etc,
calling you any and every obscenity they can, or,
if they arent in that category, they are usually
just some of the most annoying ppl you’ve met, and
will never be able to accomplish anything on their
own without someone’s help, or they call in and
have their kids screaming in the background, or
their baby on their shoulders, or decide to have
the worlds stupidest and loudest obscenity-filled
argument with their spouse while on the phone with
you. I read a survey that said call center/tech
support jobs were in the top 3 of the most stressful
jobs out there today, and I can surely attest to it,
I was never much of a patient person when I went
into this job, but I gained some quickly because I
had to, to keep my job to pay the bills. But I finally
hit my boiling point. I felt rather glad when it was
all finally over, until time started to pass and I
realized I need to find another job. But other than
that dilemma im doing well, Im slightly happier most
of the time than I usually am, the loss of that job
likely being a big part of that. And Im definitly
excited for vegas next month, I’ve been waiting all
year for this vacation and it’s finally here. And
on a side note, to explain the title of this post,
well, those who know me well know that I get schoolboy
crushes on female musicans, preferably rockers. I’m
not really keen on the ones that are too pop-ish,
the britney’s and christina’s etc. Example, a few
have included: Michelle Branch, Vanessa Carlton,
The Donnas, etc. So my latest is no surprise.
Ashlee Simpson has’nt been on the radio radar for
too long, as her upcoming album is her first, and
for those that didnt know, she’s also Jessica
Simpson’s little sister. But, the music is nothing
the same, she’s not so pop-ish like her sis, Ashlee’s
is more Rock-pop, I’ve gotten to sneak preview some
of the album, and Im totally hooked. Im definitly
looking forward to when it comes out next month.
But yeah, that explains that, she’s the latest girl
on the top of my “total babe” list. hehe. Speaking
of music, I got the new New Found Glory album,
“Catalyst” today. It’s a pretty good album, I’ve
been listening to the hit off that album a lot lately,
“All down hill from here”. It’s an awesome song.
Anyway, when I havent been busy lately, I’ve been tired,
so I think I’ll head to bed on that note.

Weeeeeeeird.

heh. that’s probably not the first time I’ve used
that as the title to one of my blog posts. Things
have been a bit weird lately I guess, a lot going
on, and I dont know what to make of it all
sometimes. I will say this, everyday I’m thankful
for my friends. I sometimes wonder how I’d make
it through things without them. Like, I can be
having the worst day ever, and then hop on line
or something and talk to my friends, or they’ll
tell a joke to me or something, and make me smile,
and *bam* my day starts to get better. I feel that
smile hit my face and instantly start to feel
better and know that things arent all that bad.
But on the other hand… you ever have a friend or
know someone that knows you well enough that they
sometimes know exactly what makes you tick, and
use it against you? they can slip some little
mention of something into casual conversation and
*bam* it’s stuck in your mind bugging you all day
long, and they know it. Argh. Hopefully that problem
will be resolved soon enough. hehe. anyway. have’nt
done a whole lot lately, hence the reason why there
hasnt been any updates to my moblog for a while.
I’ll try and not be so serious as I’ve been lately
and try to get out and have some fun and maybe get
some pics or something, we’ll see. I was driving home
today and talking with my friend kim on the phone at
the time, (safely), hehe, and some guy cut me off,
almost veered into my car, and I was upset and yelled
an obscenity at him and accidentaly yelled it in kims
ear, she thought it was funny, but I felt kinda bad,
I hadnt ever done something like that in front of her
before. hehe. Anyway. That’s all I have for now, have
fun, im out.
