That lyric really has no meaning, although would have fit
in really well about a month and a half ago. Anyway, hope
everyone’s having a fun christmas season so far, I know
I’ve been trying to. Christmas can be a fun season if you
let it. I’ve also noticed how easily you can make someone’s
day, even a random stranger, just by wishing them a Merry
Christmas or Happy Holidays.

Mine havent been too bad lately,
bought a lot of presents for people, a few for myself, Made
a bunch of Christmas cookies, some to take to work, some for
the neighbors, some for my parents, some for the Thompsons,
etc, it was fun. Things have been interesting lately,
including today and yesterday, sometime yesterday evening
I came down with an extremely serious case of food poisoning,
it was pretty bad. From the time I left work till I got home
I puked about 3 or 4 times, then once when I was getting out
of my car, and then once or twice about every 45 minutes until
about 3:30 am or so for the rest of the night. Needless to say
it was hell. Probably a bit too much info, but you get the idea.

Saturday night I went out on a date with this girl named Kayla
(pure coincidence) that I’ve been talking to the past few weeks.
It went really well and we had a lot of fun, We first drove
downtown to take a walk and look at all the lights in temple
square, and then to the mall to walk around and look at things,
then we drove up to the Avenues and to the U Campus to look at
christmas lights and talk some more, and then drove back to her
house and Watched the 3rd Lord Of the Rings Movie. She’s an awesome
girl and I think we’ll probably be going out again sometime soon.

Also just got done reading the book “The DaVinci Code” by Dan Brown,
it was one of the best books I’ve read in a long time, I loved it.
That’s about all I have for now, I updated the moblog as well.

Hmm. yeah, been a while since I’ve updated. Stuff’s just
kinda been hectic lately, havent had time to, and when I’ve
had the time to I was just too exhausted to do it and opted
to go to bed or something imstead. So, Now I sit here on a
friday night because I wasnt in the mood to go out and do
anything, figured Id at least update this.

Not much has happened lately, just still breaking in the new
apartment I suppose, things are going well and it’s been fun.
work’s been a little draining and exhausting, but, enh, oh well.
It’s quite a crazy time of the year, but one of my favorites.
Christmas is my favorite time of year, and a time of the year
I really tend to shine, assuming Im not having any troubles like
I was last year, although I still managed to make the most of my
last year and had a fun and happy one.

This year’s Christmas oughta be interesting, it’ll be my first
christmas on my own, and as of right now I dont really have
anything planned. Other than that not much has gone on lately,
although for the past couple of weeks Ive been kinda getting to
know people online, which has been an interesting experience,
especially since I’ve always been against the meeting anyone
online thing, Im a bit more old fashioned and believe in going
out and meeting people the old fashioned way.

But I decided ‘enh, what the hell, I’ll give it a shot’, and it
hasnt been too bad, there was a local girl I met online earlier
this week and her and I have been emailing back and forth, so
we decided to talk on instant messenger last night, it went pretty
well, she seems really nice, so, maybe something will happen with
that, who knows.

Other than that Ive just done a lot of sleeping, working, and
occasionaly just vegging out, I think subconsciously my mind is
aware of the calm-before-the-storm that is springtime for me, and
is trying to get much needed rest before it hits, because once it
does, I’m busy busy busy till at least next september. Anyway,
that’s about all I have for now, I’ll try to update the moblog
when I remember to.
